Prices shown are wholesale. Dealers get 5% off below prices if purchased in 12 piece
lots. Quote on larger quantities. Prices for leather are the same for everyone, unless
you buy in quantity, or require a special sort.
For Finished Goods - If you are not a dealer then you will pay 10% more if purchased
in case lots, or 24 pieces of an item. If less than case or 24 pak price, then you will
pay 20% more than the listed prices. You can save freight by purchasing from one of
our dealers that may be closer to you, please inquire for a referral. Call for a quote on
anything you do not see listed, or if you link to one of our affiliates and need a price.

Moser still runs its own plant and does many niche leathers but we did switch SOME of
our domestically tanned leathers to Wickett and Craig Tannery of Pennsylvania (W&C)
which we are now representing here in the United States. Some of their leather is the
closest we have found to our old Moser Leathers; with their latest fleshing methods
used, we feel that you are getting the heaviest leathers available on the market today
with exceptional quality throughout the process. We do mostly finishing here at our
plant in Hamilton but we do some tanning and coloring as well. We also contract tan
for many of our leathers. We have a nice white alum leather (white latigo) that is one
of our specialties. We had some very nice US hides tanned in Mexico, for great side
pricing in 13/15 ounce weights, or less.
We are also representing Auburn Leather Co. – Auburn provides a variety of lace and
light weight latigo leathers. All Leathers we sell are FOB Hamilton, Ohio, Curwensville,
PA , Auburn, Ky or from our Texas finishing plant. W &C Quantity discounts are
available on regular priced items are discounted in the TR selection, depending upon
quantity.
We do our best to stock some of the W&C Leathers at our Hamilton location as well, or
just ship from the tannery to you if you are combining your order with Moser Specialty
Items that we are offering. We also Represent Newman Leather for Chrome Tanned
Job Lots - such as chap. Always ask us what we can get. You will be surprised. Even
tools, and leather machinery is available!

$100 minimum order for leather and $50 minimum order for other products. Discounts
are for quick pay by credit card, COD, or within terms if you are on open acct.
We sell our Moser selection as #2; however our #2’s are as good as many others #1’
s. We would rather have you pleasantly surprised than dis-satisfied with what you call
a #1. #2 may or may not have a butt brand. Add 10% more per foot or lb for sorting
or you can take it as it comes in the grade selection it is in. The 10% more would fall
under the Standard Grade for W&C Leathers. **Note W&C gauges their leathers in
the shoulder and across the backbone and takes the median average. Not gauged in
the butt as most tanneries do. This ensures you of the weight you are expecting.
Auburn's Old Ky Leather Tannery and Moser gauges in the butt which sometimes is a
little lighter throughout the hide, except when you are dealing with shoulders which are
very consistent. Please inquire as we can give you a reading throughout the hide and
let you decide which weight you want.
Wickett has bridle shoulders or bends available on occasion, depending if they are
filling a mill order and booking for it. They are also providing shoulders in natural veg,
please ask for a price quotation. Bridle Shoulders are the same as back prices and
bends, but are another $1.00 per foot for bridle.
We can do extra stuffing on leather for you like the Old Tenn Tann used to do at our
Moser facility upon request for $1.00 more per foot. We can dye leather for you with
oil dyes for $2.00 per foot. This is as close to a drum dyed leather as we can get
without compromising the strength of the leather. We do black, medium brown, tan, or
oil finish.

W&C - Russett or Natural SADDLE SKIRTING tanned at W&C in the USA on North
American Hides - Utility Grade avg 24-25’ - $6.25 per foot for 8/10 ounce, $6.50 for
10/12, and $7.00 per foot for 12/14 ounce weight or $7.50 for heavier when available.
Price is the same for the Oak Skirting which is slightly firmer in temper and liter in
color. The Russet is similar to our OLD Golden Bark at Moser. Add .15 cents for
drum dyed colors of chesnut, brown, or black. We can holster plate leather to make it
firmer for holster making at no extra charge.
CTR (our special grading) pricing in 3 packs is $135 for 8/10, $145 for 10/12, and
$155 for 12/14. Must be 3 of a color. See Moser for Heavier Grande Hides.
We will Split to STRAP LEATHER on anything less than 8/10 ounce to your weight for
.$1.00 more than the regular price shown above, if less than 3 sides per order.

W&C ENGLISH BRIDLE LEATHER or Dipped Work Harness Leather - averages 24/25
square feet and comes in Burgundy, Black, Chesnut, Tan, Dark Brown and Medium
Brown, for bridle and chesnut or black for harness and priced as follows: $6.82 per
foot for 8/10 ounce, $7.18 per foot for 10/12 ounce, and $7.69 per foot for 12/14
ounce. These are tanned and finished at W&C in the USA on North American
Continental Hides. CTR (special grading) pricing in 3 packs is $135 for 8/10, $145 for
10/12, and $155 for 12/14. Must be 3 of a color.
We can make a real nice dipped latigo based on burgundy bridle stock and then run it
through our flex machine to make this a very nice latigo. This is $5 more per hide than
above listed CTR pricing.

Moser in the USA on North American Hides – comes in burgundy or black. #2 Grade
Sides average 22’. Price is only $5.85 per foot for 9/11 or 10/12. We can add stuffing
for you to give you a California style for .50 cents more. If you want a lite weight
Saddle String weight 5/7 ounce leather in a stuffed vegetable latigo for $5.85 per foot
that is U.S. tanned similiar to Wicket's dipped bridle/latigo. We can do this on chrome
for less - $4.95 per foot.

tanned on US Bull or Ex-Large Grande Hides #2 Grade avg. 27 plus square feet are

Moser 8/10 ounce Steer Shoulders or 11/12 ounce NATURAL RUSSETT BULL
SHOULDERS made on Moser Style that average 17 square feet - #2 grade and are
only $4.50’ and $4.27 best price on small orders.
Pallet Price is $3.95 per foot (8/10, 11/12 respectively and in quantity) for natural in
Pallet Prices are FOB Laredo, Texas and are only offered in natural or drum dyed.
Drum dyed is .50 cents more per foot. We can finish this into a color, etc. for belt or
bridle leather for you usually for $2.00 more per foot (includes both sides as well as a
limited amount of embossing if needed) on regular belt finishes. Basically it depends
on what you want done and how many steps there are. This is the usual price range
of .50 cents to $2.00. Please call for quote.
If you want this made into Harness Leather or Bridle or Latigo Style Leathers it is $5.75

Moser 12/14 ounce GOLDEN TACK HARNESS LEATHER – avg. 29’, #2 grade – nice
hand in this leather which makes it very similar to our old Moser drum stuffed leather –
also very similar to real English bridle leather with waxy feel - $7.00’. Best price is
$6.65. Made on US Bulls or X-Large Hides. Backs are .95 cents more per foot or lb.

Moser 12/14 ounce BLACK (both sides) TACK HARNESS LEATHER – avg. 29’ and
made the old Moser Way for $7.00 per foot or can be priced per lb. Best Price is
$6.55 per foot or $6.00 per lb. Backs are .95 cents more per foot or lb. Call for 50+

**Note black harness is drum dyed - Drum Dyed has a better penetration than sprayed
on. Made on US hides in our plant in Hamilton or our Texas Plant.
Moser 9/11 ounce BURGUNDY ALUM LATIGO LEATHER tanned in the USA, 22’ avg,
#2 grade for only $5.75 per foot.
4/5 OR 5/7 ounce is $5.25 per foot and is tanned by Old Ky Leather. We offer volume
discounts on this leather.
10 ounce plus - WHITE ALUM - $7.25‘ – best price is $6.88 per foot for 12+ - 5%
discount. This is for US tanned – We will buff these for .50 cents more per foot and
split them to your weight for .25 more per foot. Advise if you need grain or flesh side
or both sides to be buffed.
Moser / Old Ky Leather 5/7 ounce US Tanned or Imported LACE LEATHER – Chrome
or Alum Tanned $5.45 per foot for sides or for backs. Assorted colors available. We
can also run black collar leather for you for the same price. We can offer you volume
discounts on this leather – please inquire. There is a $100 minimum order on lace
leathers from Auburn – Old Ky Leather Tannery.

Moser 10/12 ounce Mechanical Leather – these hides are U.S. tanned and have a
darker almond natural color. They are a chrome retan with the intended use as being
used on gaskets, etc. We have some people using this for other applications as it can
be molded for moccasins, etc. The price for this leather is $7.00 per foot or in
quantities of 1,000’ or more the price would be $6.30 per foot U.S. tanned.

BELLIES – run 7/8, 8/9 and are $2.00 per foot. For 10/12 or heavier ounce bellies
whether they are harness, latigo, bridle, or natural will run you $2.89 per foot or a flat
$12.00 per piece when buying 10 or more pieces (net price). White Alum bellies run
$15.00 each as well.
Lace Bellies or liter weight vegetable tanned bellies when available are $6.00-$8.50
for lite weight. Most of our bellies average 6 – 8 square feet average. Other bellies
sold in lots can run $5.50 - $10.50 depending upon what the leather is and how many
- but these are usually sold by the pallet.

Moser SUEDE – Suede splits in assorted sizes. Colors are usually toast (rust), black,
and chocolate. Other colors can be ran in mill loads. Regular price is $2.55 per foot –

Moser HAIR ON COWHIDES – small 22-28’ square feet are $125.00, medium 28-38
square feet for $145.00 and Grande 40’ plus is $175 to $195.00 depending on style.

Moser HAIR ON GOAT HIDES - $35.00 each before discounts. For 12 or more we can
get this down to $23.50. 50+ call for quote.

Moser WHOLE HIDE UPHOLSTERY LEATHER – There are some stock colors that we
can get for you. We can also get the aviation rating for aviation flame retardent
leather. Whole hides are starting at $3.50 per foot on up to a Flame retardant style,
which can go as high as $8.50 per foot. Specials for $3.00 are available in some
colors, please call and let us know the quantity you most likely will need for your
project and the color you would like. We can quote from that information.
Moser SEATING AND CHAP LEATHERS – assorted colors and styles in job lots
average $2.75 per foot but can go down to $1.50 per foot depending on the weight,
the style, the grade, and the quantity purchased. We sometimes have small pieces
that will average 10 to 15 square feet for a cheaper price. These are great for boot
tops or handbag projects. Please call for quote or send us a swatch to match what
you are looking for in both color and feel. Most Mill runs of your color can be finished
for $4.50 per foot but we will try to get something for you out of a job lot, to save you
money; especially if you are not running the same thing all the time or if shades of the
same color can vary. We occasionally have specials on chrome tanned chap type
leathers which are usually saved for our leather auctions.
Small to large runs of vegetable tanned chap leather can be made to your custom
color for $5.50 per foot on up, from W&C.

Moser DEERSKIN – TR grade deerskin – we have this in assorted colors – earth tones
are $3.15 per foot, white is $3.85 per foot, custom colors in small runs are also $3.85
per foot.
Mill runs of 1000 foot or more will run $3.00 per foot for conventional colors and $3.60
for brights or white. Double Buffed Leather runs $4.25 per foot and is only done in mill
runs. It is very nice! FOB Tannery.

Moser ‘CUSTOMADE LACE’ – UPDATE – This department has been sold to Auburn
Leather Company who did a lot of our laces for us in the past and are the original
owners of Caldwell. They market these laces under the Auburn Leather Co.’s
tradenames. There is a $100 minimum order on laces or lace leathers. You can still
order through Moser as we are representing them now. We are now offering most of
the same laces as were carried before. These basically run $106 per hundred before
any discounts on 72” only.
Note pop display boxes of laces are available in assorted sizes and colors including;
Boat Repair Kits. Call for quote. The lacing Needles themselves run $1.75 each.
Suede Lace Spools are $22.00 for 50 yards spools and $9.00 for 25 yard spools
made in USA.

are $175 per hide. If you buy 5 the prices are $81.50 and $84.50 respectively or 5%

Moser Goat Rawhide is $25 per piece.
*Note on all rawhide leather please denote thickness of lite 2/3, medium 4/5, or heavy

and Craig Burgundy Latigo that has been converted to Moser California Style Latigo

*Golden Harness Reins priced with turned ends – 5/8” x 6 1/2’ long - $15 per pair, 7’
long $18 per pair, 8 plus’ long - $23 per pair add $3.00 for water loops (helps to make
it heavier).

*Bag of leather pieces – approx. 3 lbs for only $3.30 per bag.

We have a basic line of pony and horse saddles such as our Monterrey Makers Brand
of Saddles with 10” saddles for $89, and 12” for $110 each. These also work great
for Western Décor items. Our American Made pony Saddles are $160
Monterey Maker’s Brand Saddles- T.M.. - We have a 16" Pleasure saddle that we can
sell you for $275 and it is a good saddle for the money.
We are making some saddle pads again. Pony Pads start out at $11.00 and go on up.
