Auction will be held at 1601 E. Mulberry St. In Kaufman, TX 75142. In a large warehouse.

10:00 a.m. Each day till finished. We are selling out a large online tack company including
their web site. There is over $100,000 worth of tack to be offered. Web site is www.
americantacksupply.com if you would like to have a look at a lot of the items that we will
be offering to sell; subject to prior sale as this is an ongoing operation.

Day One will consist of all tack including Partrade Bits, Snaps (split between both days),
Halters, Bosals, Sidepulls, Leads,  Saddlepads, Headstalls and Bridles, Spur Straps,
Rope Bags and Cans, Girths and Cinches, Tie Straps and Off Billets, Spurs, Currys,
Sweatscrapers, Hoof Picks, brushes, and other grooming items, Leather Punches, Lunge
Lines, Hat Covers, Whips, Sort Poles, Hobble Straps, Buckets, Feed Scoops, Farrier
Tools, Fiebing's Items, Oil, and many more items too numerous to mention.  If you are
starting a tack shop you need to come to this sale!

Day 2 will consist of machinery which can be viewed at this site or you can visit Moser
Leather Company’s web site at www.moserleatherco.com as we have an auction
advertising page on our site. We are accepting more machinery for consignments as well
and we have leather from many tanneries that will be included at the auction as well.
Some consignment items may be subject to owner’s confirmation as to whether they will
be sold; however the majority of the items consigned so far are on a one way trip! Partial

Over 2,000 - 3,000 feet of chap leathers in various earth tone colors. Assorted Skirting,
and Bridle leathers from the leather shop to be sold. Some Hardware. Spools of Rope.

Over 225 sides of Wickett and Craig Leathers from Bridle Sides in Dark Chesnut, Medium
Brown, Tan, and Dark Chesnut.  Also Black Skirting and over 100 Natural Bellies These
leathers from Wickett to be split between evenly the Texas and Ohio Auctions.  

Over 100 pieces of Sueded Heavy Splits that can be used for making moccasins or Pow
Wow items.  These average 2 - 6 square feet each.

*********Tools added - We just got some leather tools that also have been consigned to
this sale and the Ohio Sale.  We will be splitting the carving tools and mallets shown
between this sale and Ohio evenly.  We will also be doing the same with the wood tool
holders.  The other pictures of the tools are ones that will be sold at Texas such as the
edge tools, wood strap cutter, etc.  We will still end up with over 100 carving tools at this
sale.  The Tool Holders will be split between the two auctions too.  We also have several
leather working books, patterns, and some carving videos that will be sold as well.  The
patterns are old Tandy Trace Pattern Kits that are Classic Ones.  We have some marble
pieces for carving that are being consigned to this sale.  Carving Training Videos, Al
Stohlman and other books, etc.   

Terms of the Sale: Cash or Check Guaranteed with a Bank Letter of Credit or pre-
approved by auction company (one of our regular approved buyers that has been to our
auction before in Ohio - we will also be using a check verification system). We will accept
credit cards on Tack Day (first day) but not on Day 2 for the Leather and Equipment
portion of the sale. If you do use your credit card we have to charge you a 4% buyers
premium to do so. **Note on March 18th we will be having our annual auction in Ohio for

Coxs Annual Tack, Leather, Machinery - AUCTION! – Held at Preble County Fairgrounds
in Eaton Ohio by Jas Cox of Cox Auctioneers.

Directions:  Exit 10 off of I-70 – and go south on 127 till you get to the town of Eaton
(approx. 5 miles from highway), then turn left onto 35 East and Go approx. 2 - 3 blocks
and turn right on St. Rt. 122 East and go 1 mile to the Fairgrounds entrance on the left.  
Follow the signs to the Bruner Building which will be on your right past you the
grandstand.

Saturday March 27th 10:00 a.m. – Sewing Machines, Leather, Tack and other Farm
related consignments- We will be offering all types of leather from a variety of tanneries
including Moser Leather Company and many others.  We will also have leather laces,
deerskin, Velcro, hardware, cutting dies, hand tools, bottles, dye, Fiebing’s Products,
Moser Tannery Blend Oils, etc.

UPDATE: APPROX. 5,000 FEET OF ASSORTED DEERSKIN AND 2,000 OF COW CHAP
LEATHERS HAVE BEEN CONSIGNED TO THIS AUCTION.  We just got some leather tools
that also have been consigned to this sale.  We will be splitting the carving tools and
mallets shown between this sale (Over 100 pieces) and the Texas Sale and will also be

reins, braided whips, brushes, leather bridles, assorted blankets, leather oils, saddle
soaps, leather sheen, show tack, heavy Duty 5/8” derby rope leads, buckets, plus much
more.

an absolute auction; however many things have been sent int to this sale on a one way
trip!  Plan to attend.

1:00 - finish up Leather then immediately following we will be selling tack.  We will be
having approx. 5 sellers so we will be selling into the evening till finished.

Terms of the Sale are Cash or Check Guaranteed with a Credit Card, or a Bank Letter of
Credit.  We are not accepting credit cards at this time.  Auction Rates – Leather is 11%,
Sewing machinery or other leather related machinery is 13%, Leather tools are 15%, New
or Used Tack – 15%, New or Used Saddles or wormer - 10%.  Pass Fees are $10.00 on
large items which are anything over a market value of $100.00 and $1.50 on small items
(market values below $100.00) with the exception being on saddles which the pass fee
will remain $10.00.  Pre-consigned loads of tack, leather, or machinery will save you 1%
or if you sell a total volume of $2000 or more you will save 1%.

Tools and Farm related small items - 20%, Trailers and Mowers 12 - 15% (lesser amount
on items over $500), Hay - 12%, Misc.items or non-farm related - 30%.

Auction Company reserves the right to split up into two auction rings if necessary in order
